Passion begets patience. As meat lovers, we can all agree good meat requires good practices that facilitate good (happy) animals. Because of the Meathead Homestead obsession with quality, we’ve chosen specific genetic lines and bred them for the ideal offspring to be raised on our sweet southern grasses of Indian Mound. Rejuvenating a 3rd generation farm is a long journey, which means our exquisite Wagyu will not reach proper marbling and maturity for a minimum of 2 years. Until then, they will grow up in greener pastures…and you can reserve a spot on the waitlist via the link below.
